  10.  AB    Buccal hairy leukoplakia is associated with Epstein-Barr and HIV virus
  11.        infections. The main symptom is the characteristic hairy lesion on side
  12.        parts of the tongue without any other clinical signs. Histologically,
  13.        there are hyperkeratosis, vacuolar degeneration, and presence of
  14.        Candida, but no inflammatory infiltration. Antiviral drugs led to the
  15.        regression of lesions, but there is a trend to relapse when treatment is
  16.        interrupted.
